Peter Bunin is Vice President and General Manager of Heat Treat Products. He joined Kaiser in 1996 as Vice President and General Manager of Raw Materials for Engineered Products. Before that, he held senior management positions with Ampco Metals and Outokumpu Copper. Bunin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Martin Carter is Vice President and General Manager of Common Alloy Products and oversees the company’s common alloy extrusion and forging operations serving the general engineering, automotive and custom industrial markets. Prior to joining Kaiser Aluminum, he served in various positions with Norsk Hydro for sixteen years, most recently as president of Hydro Aluminum North America. He holds an MBA and an Honors degree in Engineering from Plymouth University, UK.
David Conrow is Vice President of Kaiser Production System and formerly Vice President and General Manager, Extruded Aerospace & General Engineering Products. David joined Kaiser in 1996 as operations manager at the Greenwood, South Carolina, plant and was subsequently promoted to Group Vice President for hard alloy manufacturing. Before joining Kaiser, he held a series of production management and quality control positions with Emerson Electric and FAG Bearings Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Technology from Missouri Southern State University.
Ted DiGuiseppe is Vice President and General Manager, Automotive & Industrial Products. He joined Kaiser in 1996 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, for the Engineered Components business. He later assumed broadened sales and production responsibilities in extrusions. Before joining Kaiser, he was with Hydro Aluminium for six years, eventually reaching the position of President of Hydro Aluminum Automotive Structures. Prior to that, he held a series of accounting, production management, and sales positions with Wickes Manufacturing and with Extruded Metals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University, where he also attended graduate school.
Tom Gannon rejoined the company in 2006 as Vice President of Marketing, Aerospace and Distribution Products. He began with Kaiser Aluminum in 1977, focusing on sales and marketing in the company’s forgings and extrusions business. From 1999 to 2005, he worked at Alcan Corporation, first as automotive market director and then as vice president, managing the industrial products and automotive commercial effort for Alcan’s North American rolled products division. With the subsequent spin-off of Novelis, he continued as vice president and maintained the commercial responsibility for over 450 million pounds annually of rolled product sales. He holds a B.Sc. in Educational Communications from Ithaca College and an MBA from Gannon University.
Keith Harvey is Vice President Sales & Marketing, Aerospace & General Engineering Products. He joined Kaiser in 1981 as an industrial engineer at the company’s rolling mill in West Virginia. He subsequently held increasingly responsible positions in engineering and sales at several Kaiser locations and was named a vice president in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University
Ray Parkinson is Vice President of Research, Development and Engineering. He joined the organization in 1986 as technical director for extruded products and was appointed to his current position in 2000. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales, operations, quality control, engineering, and research and development in diverse manufacturing environments, including wire & cable, steel, and aluminum. Through his career, he has led several new process and business start-ups introducing improved and innovative products to the market. Parkinson earned a Ph.D. in Metallurgy, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Imperial College in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s College. He is a member of the Institute of Metals & Materials and an EU Chartered Engineer.
Doug Richman is Vice President of Engineering and Technology. He joined the organization in 1996 as general manager of the company’s automotive castings operations and was appointed to his current position in 2001. Before joining Kaiser, he had been Vice President of Automotive Castings for Alcan Inc. His background also includes almost 20 years of experience in development and design management at General Motors. Richman holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Operations Research from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the General Motors Institute. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Michigan.
